The option to customise the Forms Explorer is only available to Administrators
and is enabled via the Admin menu by selecting the ‘Customise Forms Explorer’
option.
Customisation allows Administrators to set up a tailored global
Explorer view
It is recommended that a backup of the Explorer folder is taken
before major changes to the Forms Explorer are conducted (see Forms
Explorer Configuration)
The Forms Explorer must not be modified directly from Windows
Explorer otherwise the Rebuild
Customised Explorer function will not work (this is often used
by the Support Team to restore the links to forms as part of the troubleshooting
process).
The default Forms Explorer layout can be restored at any time
using the Rebuild Default Explorer option from the Admin menu. Please
note however that any changes made to the Forms Explorer will be lost
at this point
